Bio
Waldo Pepper is a retired Marine Flight Officer, as well as a former
small business owner. He now specializes in condominium sales in
the Pensacola and Perdido Key, Florida market. After flying
the world over, Waldo returned in 1991 to the beautiful beaches of
the gulf coast. Waldo began his new career as a Realtor in
2005. He joined the Exit 2 Paradise Team in November of 2007.
Waldo patterns himself
as the type of agent he would want to deal with if he were the buyer or
seller of real estate property. Waldo brings the integrity,
honesty, reliability, and can do attitude he has professed his entire
life to his profession as a Realtor. He continues to fly for
recreation and business. He is a Certified Flight Instructor and
is designated by the FAA as a Pilot Flight Examiner. Waldo has a
BS in Education and graduated in 1970 from the University Of North
Carolina @ Pembroke. He has continued his education with training
