Security & Parking

We want your car to stay right where you parked it! To keep the "Towing Titans" away, please follow these simple steps:

  • Grab the parking pass from the spice cabinet as soon as you drop your bags.
  • Place it clearly on your dashboard. If it’s not visible, the local security team (who are very efficient!) may not believe you're our guest.
  • All covered spots are reserved for owners. Please stick to the open-air parking—it’s free, it’s easy, and it’s just a few steps from the elevator.
  • Your unique door code is your best friend. It activates at check-in and expires promptly at check-out.
  • The pool and beach gate code is provided in your arrival instructions. It’s the same code for both gates.
  • If technology fails or you forget your code while the phone is inside, take a breath and call 678-283-2449.

Complimentary Starters

We’ve set the stage so you can kick off your shoes and relax the moment you walk in. Think of this as your "Survival Stash" until you can make it to the store.

  • We provide one "hero" roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels to catch those first-day spills.
  • We’ve got you covered with travel-size soap, shampoo, conditioner, and enough dishwasher/laundry pods to get your first loads moving.
  • You’ll find 4–6 coffee pods, filters, and tea bags waiting for you. Consider it your morning fuel for that first sunrise.
  • The ice maker is emptied before every guest arrives, so your first drink is guaranteed to be fresh and frosty. The ice maker is emptied after each guest

Beach Service - Mar-1 to Oct-31

  • From March 1st to October 31st, you get two chairs and an umbrella on the house!
  • Just tell the La Dolce Vita attendant you're in Unit 417. La Dolce Vista will set up and break down each day.
  • On the first day, let the attendant know you are staying in unit 417 and the length of your stay.
  • Pro-Tip: Spots are first-come, first-served. If you want a specific "Front Row" seat, it’s $15/day. And remember, a happy attendant (who you tipped!) is a helpful attendant.
  • If you are interested in additional rentals, please contact La Dolce Vita at 866-6511869 for chairs, tables, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis and much more.

The "See You Soon" Checklist 🌊

We hate to see you go, but we want to make your departure as smooth as a Florida sunset. To help our cleaning crew work their magic for the next guests, please help us with these quick "departure rituals":

  • The Big Chill: Please don't leave any "souvenirs" in the fridge! Take your leftovers for the road or toss anything that won't survive the trip.
  • Dish Duty: Load up the dishwasher and give it a "start." You don't have to wait for it to finish—we’ll take it from there!
  • Towel Toss: No need to strip the beds (save your energy for the drive!), but if you could toss used towels in a pile in the bathroom, we’d greatly appreciate it.
  • Sand Check: Take one last look for stray flip-flops, chargers, or that favorite beach book. Check under the beds—they love to hide there!
  • Lock & Roll: Double-check that the balcony door is snug and the front door is locked behind you.

Safe travels! Don't forget to shake the sand out of your floor mats and tag us in your favorite vacation photos!
