Security & Parking
- Please complete a parking pass located in the spice cabinet and place it on the dash of your vehicle(s) during your stay.
- Unfortunately, we do not have covered reserved parking. However, parking is free.
- Security does monitor parking passes.
- Please remember to share your door code with your guests and take it with you as you leave the condo
- Door codes automatically expire according to your check in/out dates and times.
- If you get locked out, please call 678-283-2449
- The pool & beach gate code is provided before check-in (2 gates, 1 code)

Beach Service - Mar-1 to Oct-31
- Please enjoy 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella on us. La Dolce Vista will set up and break down each day.
- On the first day, let the attendant know you are staying in unit 417 and the length of your stay.
- Chairs and an umbrella are guaranteed but a specific spot is not. For $15 per day, you can reserve a specific spot of your choice (e.g. front row, center). Please tip your attendant.
- If you are interested in additional rentals, please contact La Dolce Vita at 866-6511869 for chairs, tables, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis and much more.
Beach Towels & Chairs
- Beach towels are available to guests
- Feel free to take 4 Tommy Bahama chairs and the cooler to the beach
- Please rinse the chairs before returning to the condo
- Feel free to use any floats, toys, boogie boards, etc. left behind

In Case of an Emergency

- First aid kit is located under the kitchen sink
- Condo water shut-off valve (similar to pictured) is located in the ceiling of the Bunk Room closet. Take a chair into the closet, remove the cover, reach towards the back wall of the closet for the handle and close the valve.
