As soon as we entered the condo we felt like we were home!!! Comfortable and cozy!! I think this was the first place we have stayed at where the description and the pics were exactly as stated. We enjoyed the beach and the amenities. Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed and more. Thanks Chris for allowing us to stay here!

The condo was perfect and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Great amount of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Location was great. everything within minutes. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Island Princess 417 was so fun and relaxing. The beautifully renovated condo was so well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen appliances to the beach towels to the beach cart. We loved having our own bathroom in each bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. We also had so much fun playing the card and board games at night after being in the sun all day. The condo is conveniently located to some very cute local restaurants. Ashley and Chris provided all the details we needed for a great trip and the check in and out process could not have been easier. Thank you so much for an amazing visit!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo was beautiful, clean, and loved that there were beach towels and chairs to use! We flew for the first time instead of driving so having these things readily available was perfect!! 😊

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for 8 to sleep comfortably. The hosts were communicative and responsive and always kind. We loved the location as well, close to great restaurants and the beach was gorgeous while we there. Will hopefully be back again and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

This condo is amazing! The decor is adorable, the views are great, and you can tell it’s been recently renovated. They have all the little extras you need at the beach and in the condo! We will definitely stay here again 🏝️

We had a wonderful time! The unit 417 is fabulous. A beautiful and very well equipped kitchen, beautiful furniture, master bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous. The beds are very comfortable . All three bedroom have private full bathrooms which are wonderful! The condo has beach towels and chairs. From the patio you can see the ocean. We really enjoyed the beach chairs provided as well. The beach is amazing, not very crowded. Great place and we will definitely come back and stay in this unit.

We had the most amazing time! The check in process was so simple and the communication with the owner was great. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook some yummy meals! The new appliances were a plus as well. Beach access was close and easy. We really enjoyed not having to walk very far. BEST PART: having the beach setup (two chairs and umbrella) waiting for us every morning! We also used the chairs and wagon provided for extra seating which was a plus. Pool was clean and not too crowded. We will be booking again!

We had a great stay at Chris and Ashley's place! Our entire family loved the condo. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The condo was stocked really well with various kitchen items and a good supply of necessities and extras. It was clean, updated and we really appreciated the amenities like the heated pool and the free beach service. Chris was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. We’d definitely return. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
