Great location for a beach getaway. The condo was clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Our family had a great time at the beach and pool and appreciated the hosts recommendations for restaurants and area activities.

Kudos to you both!! This is seriously a great Airbnb and other owners should take note. Great view, easy walk to a soft sandy beach and a good heated pool with chairs. It was so organized and clean. We had everything we needed! Not only for a vacation but a beach vacation. Think towels, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards. A huge plus for families traveling with kids. There were extras of everything you can think of. In the kitchen, there was a big selection of spices, cooking oil and coffee filters. They even had tumblers for whatever kind of drink you wanted. The beds were comfortable and we felt all around cozy being in their condo. We will definitely rent from Chris and Ashley again if we come back to the area. Cheers!!

First and foremost I want to say Chris is a Fantastic host! The property was as described and felt like home away from our home! Everything was as described and I loved everything about the property! The 3 bathrooms are a huge plus! Would definitely book again! My family loved it and there is nothing better than being a few minutes away from putting your toes in the sand! The communication from beginning to end was fantastic! Thank you again!

We had an amazing vacation at Island Princess 417. This was the best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed- salt, pepper, spices, plenty of dishware and silverware, good selection of pots and pans, coffee pot, coffee filters, several coffee pods provided. The towels and linens were all white and clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. The condos definitely seem to have a family vibe to them, lots of other families with kids were at the pool and the beach. It was also SO nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella ready for us everyday along with having extra chairs in the condo if we needed them. Would return 10/10.

Chris’s condo in Fort Walton Beach is absolute perfection! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how bright, airy, and spacious it is. The modern coastal décor is stunning, and every detail is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The balcony with its breathtaking Gulf views became our favorite spot to relax and unwind. The condo was so well stocked—it had every amenity we could possibly need! From beach towels, a chair trolley, and a cooler to board games and more, Chris has thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was especially impressive, with every tool and appliance we needed to prepare meals with ease. Chris is the best host we’ve ever had—super responsive and always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

As soon as we entered the condo we felt like we were home!!! Comfortable and cozy!! I think this was the first place we have stayed at where the description and the pics were exactly as stated. We enjoyed the beach and the amenities. Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed and more. Thanks Chris for allowing us to stay here!
