We would love to get you onto the sand a little earlier or let you hit the "snooze" button one last time! 🏖️

The short answer is: We do our best to say yes on a case-by-case basis. However, our amazing cleaning crew needs their "magic hour" to make sure the condo is sparkling for you (or the next guest). Whether we can swing an early arrival or a late departure depends entirely on whether we have another group checking in or out on that same day and how fast our cleaners can work their wonders.

The door code will be emailed 1-2 days before arrival. Pool and beach codes are posted on the digital condo guide in the kitchen.

We love our furry friends as much as anyone, but for this trip, your pups will have to enjoy a "staycation" back home! 🐾

To keep our complex pristine and allergy-friendly for everyone, our building maintains a strict no-pet policy. Additionally, the Okaloosa Island authorities are very protective of our beautiful shoreline—local ordinances actually prohibit pets on the beach to keep the sand clean and our local wildlife (like nesting sea turtles!) safe.

YES! We provide each guest with daily beach service. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Extra items can be rented for an additional cost.

Yes, we provide 5-6 beach towels. If your group is larger, then you might want to bring a few.

Our building is beachfront, so just a few steps and you will have your toes in the sugar white sand. 

Yes, yes & yes!! The pool is heated in the cooler months. 

There is a grilling area with a small pavilion, with both gas & charcoal grills. We also have grill tools that you can use.

Destin/Fort Walton Beach airport (VPS) which is 11 miles away. 

No worries, if you have vehicles, we've got parking spots. Covered spots are reserved and unfortunately we don't own a reserved covered spot. 

If you’re looking to stretch your legs, you can reach several local favorites with a scenic 10–15 minute stroll. Whether you’re craving the fresh catch at Stewby’s Seafood Shanty, the famous steamed buckets at Old Bay Steamer, or a beachside margarita at The Boardwalk, you’ve got options within walking distance!

For the big grocery haul, you’ll want to hop in the car for a very short drive (about 5 minutes) across the bridge. You’ll find a Publix and a Winn-Dixie.

Paper towels, kitchen sponge, handful of Keurig coffee pods, hot tea bags, hotel size bathroom toiletries and one roll of TP per bathroom. 

In addition, we supply plenty of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets and basics such as spices, saran wrap, foil, etc. 

Yes there is a full size washer and dryer

We have a Keurig that brews pods or a full pot of coffee. We also have an electric tea kettle.
